Miguel Raveche - Director / Builder
The driving force behind our business, Miguel began his carpentry apprenticeship in 2009, developing a genuine passion for the trade that continues to shape every project today. Following early experience in property development, he shifted his focus toward more considered, client-driven work.
Miguel founded “The Builder’s Project” with a vision to create homes that thoughtfully translate design intent into built form, bridging the gap between architectural concepts and structural execution to deliver homes of exceptional calibre. A registered builder since 2019, he remains closely involved across all projects, bringing a hands-on approach, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to refined craftsmanship.
Joe - Construction Manager
Joe is the backbone behind our day-to-day site operations. With more than 10 years of construction experience, his hands-on approach and thoroughness ensure every project, large or small, remains on schedule, within budget and is executed to the highest standard of craftsmanship.
Joe oversees our internal construction team alongside our trusted network of local contractors, and his calm, solutions-focused mindset ensures any on-site challenge is managed efficiently and seamlessly.
Shannon - Lead Carpenter
A master of timber and framing, Shannon brings more than 7 years of experience to our projects. Leading our carpentry team, he is passionate about delivering refined architectural finishes while maintaining a strong focus on the often-overlooked details that define a quality build.
Renowned for his precision, craftsmanship, and work ethic, Shannon ensures both the structural integrity and finishing details of every home are executed to an exceptional standard.
Kristina – Creative Director
A self-taught Interior Designer and Stylist, with over a decade of hands-on experience; Kristina provides the creative insight and inspiration when projects call for more than “just a build”. Collectively with her husband, Miguel, she has built and renovated over 30 properties, providing her with experience across all aspects of renovating and building homes. As a result, she brings not only a creative flair but also a practical understanding of construction ensuring the projects she is involved with are both beautiful and functional.
Anna - Operations Manager
A strategist in workflow and efficiency, Anna keeps the administrative and financial gears of the business turning. With a background in Project Management and Interior Architecture, she overseas our daily operations and is driven to deliver seamless project coordination while streamlining the complex logistics of a build.
