Who We Are
The Builder’s Project is a Melbourne-based building company specialising in custom homes, renovations, extensions and additions.
Founded in 2016 by husband-and-wife team Miguel and Kristina Raveche, The Builders Project was built on a shared belief that great homes begin with thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship and a genuine understanding of the people who live within them.
Today, The Builders Project continues to grow as a team of passionate builders, designers and skilled tradespeople who share a commitment to delivering elevated homes with care, craftsmanship and direct involvement at every stage.
What We Do
In and around Melbourne, whether we’re delivering a custom new home, a major renovation, an extension or a development project, our focus remains the same: working closely with clients, architects, designers and trades to remove unnecessary complexity and ensure decisions are made with confidence.
Our approach is hands-on, and we treat every project as a whole, with equal attention given to design intent, technical detail and project coordination.
From early planning through to completion, our focus remains consistent: respectful construction, clear communication and outcomes that hold up over time.
Whether navigating the challenges of heritage restoration or delivering contemporary additions, our role is to manage the detail, so the integrity of the design is carried through, end to end.
We are able to quote and build from your existing working drawings, or we can guide you through the entire process from design concept through to selections and ultimately the build.

How We Do It
After reaching out to us, we establish whether we’ll be building from your designer-prepared plans or if you require the services of our in-house design team.
We’ll come back to you in a timely manner with an initial estimate and timeframe, giving both parties the chance to ascertain if we are a good fit for each other.
From here we start the formal journey together as a team, working collaboratively with you and maintaining clear communication and accountability at every stage of the build.
